1. Refunds
As EkadInvite is a digital product, we offer a limited refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of the purchase date, provided the card has not been published or shared.
2. Refund Conditions
- Request is made within 48 hours of purchase
- Card has not been published (still in draft status)
- Card has not been shared with guests
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Cards that have been published
- Cards that have been shared and received RSVPs
- Requests made after 48 hours from the purchase date
4. How to Apply
Email us at hello@ekadinvite.my within 48 hours of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your request. Once we receive your request, we will review and process the refund within 3-5 business days.
5. How the money comes back
Card payments are returned to the same card, usually within 3-5 business days. Online banking (FPX) and DuitNow payments cannot be reversed automatically, so we return those by bank transfer: we will ask for your account name and number, and the transfer typically takes a few working days longer.
6. Who you are buying from
EkadInvite is the seller for every card bought here. Payments are collected on our behalf by our payment providers, Bayarcash for online banking and DuitNow, and Dodo Payments for cards. Any refund request goes to us, not to them.
