1. Refunds
As EkadInvite is a digital product, we offer a limited refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided the card has not been published or shared.
2. Refund Conditions
- Request is made within 7 days of purchase
- Card has not been published (still in draft status)
- Card has not been shared with guests
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Cards that have been published
- Cards that have been shared and received RSVPs
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
4. How to Apply
Email us at hello@ekadinvite.my within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and the reason for your request. Once we receive your request, we will review and process the refund within 3-5 business days.
