1. Introduction

Welcome to EkadInvite. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. EkadInvite is a digital invitation card platform that allows users to create, customise, and share invitation cards online.

2. Services

EkadInvite provides the following services: Digital invitation card creation, Guest RSVP management, Digital guestbook, Sharing via link and WhatsApp.

3. Payment

Payment is a one-time purchase and does not require a subscription. Cards that have been paid for remain active indefinitely. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Copyright

All template designs are the property of EkadInvite. Content uploaded by users (photos, text) remains the property of the user.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EkadInvite to:

• harass, threaten, or impersonate any person;
• upload illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service;
• use the service to plan or facilitate illegal activity.

We may suspend or terminate cards that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

Service Availability

EkadInvite is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We may schedule maintenance windows and may need to take the service down for emergency fixes. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Warranty Disclaimer

EkadInvite is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EkadInvite's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, infringe on intellectual property, or use the service for illegal purposes. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
